No Win No Fee Agreement

A ‘No Win – No Fee’ agreement, or Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA), may well be the most suitable option for you if you are not eligible for Public Funding or have the necessary Legal Expenses Insurance.

Under this agreement, Donns LLP agree not to charge you for the work that we do if you claim is not successful. If we win your case, our charge to you will be recovered from the Defendant. To ensure a comprehensive agreement which protects you fully, we recommend and arrange after-the-event insurance for you which works with the Conditional Fee Agreement with us to ensure a true ‘no win –no fee’ service.

Because we run the risk of not being paid if your case is lost, all potential ‘No Win-No Fee’ cases are assessed internally by one of our risk assessors. However, if we feel there is a reasonable prospect of success, it is likely that a ‘No Win – No Fee’ arrangement can be agreed.
